Oh hey, you've found the secret page! Good on you. As a reward, I'll tell you a little bit about how this came to be.

My story begins on the far-off year of 2007. This is when I first started to have my presence known on the internet. This is also when I created my fanfiction.net account (give or take a year or two) and posted my first fanfiction. It sucked at first, but it's now somewhat decent. But that's a story for another time.

It was during this period, about 2009-2010, when I became aware of this thing called Total Drama. It gave out the wrong first impression on me, because A) this was the point in which crossovers were as frequent as ever, and B) Cartoon Network had been out of basic cable at this point, so I was unable to see it for myself (and I was unaware that it was broadcasted on a different channel). So I didn't care too much for it at the time.

Fast forward to 2015, when I created my fimfiction.net account. I didn't do much with it at first until I started posting stuff on it. (More specifically, this. And yes, I know it's not on the same website.) It was at this point that I became aware of JusSonic. One of his stories was updated literally right after mine, and it was directly related to what I was doing. So I took a look at it.

Once I did, I thought "Wow, this is bad." I mean, the way the story was written, the blatant Mary Sue Gary Stu character, the frequent misspellings, the list goes on. But I guess this had to have been good for someone. (I mean, this exists.) I kept following this guy on and off for a while afterwards.

Some time later, I thought it would be fun to make fun of his stuff. It was at this point that I became aware of Cinema Sins. I wanted to do something like that. It was also at this point that I became aware of the Total Drama crossover that is on his account.

As explained before, at that point I wasn't very much into Total Drama. But I had already been introduced to stuff I now like by other stuff I was already into, as had already happened to me before by Turnabout Storm and Devil's Attorney, I probably wouldn't have ended up buying Disgaea PC if it weren't for that. So I put it on my phone and took a look at it.

I surprisingly liked it. So much so that I actually became interested in Total Drama. I mean, I probably wouldn't have made this if it wasn't for it.

From there, the rest is history, I suppose. Once I started doing this project I ran with the assumption that JusSonic was the sole author of the story, because, well, the description doesn't mention anything of the sort. Once I did (half due to Orange Ratchet contacting me directly), I was able to roll with it in a way that made it not seem obvious.

So yeah, this whole thing probably wouldn't exist right now if JusSonic had updated his story like five minutes later than he did.

And now, a moment for special thanks and other miscellaneous things.

If you're looking for more like this, of course there's Cinema Sins and Cinemare Sins, direct links to the series playlists are here and here. Cinema Sins also has sister channels covering brands, music videos, commercials and TV shows. In addition, superflipper76 has made his own Cinema Sins parody with the Total Drama series, it's not too far into season 1 as I'm typing this however. Link to the playlist is here.
